Heirachy
Heirachy of Work Measurement system

The following work measurement systems mentioned below are recommended:-

MOST Work Measurement
This is offered through licencing arrangements with Maynard Management Institute of U.S.A and training leads to certification of practitioners.

This technique provides the most accurate and economical analysis of man-machine operation in today's semi-automatic and fully-automatic operations.

MOST analysis is far more superior than any known system and helps organizations (manufacturing, engineering, and services) develop streamlined processes through design in work methods and time optimization.

MTM (Methods Time Measurement)
This is offered through international cooperation with UK MTM Association and the training leads to recognized certification.

MTM lays the foundation for motion and time study and provides a very detailed breakdown of the work methods for facilitating methods engineering of work methods design, workplace layout design, machine tool design, jigs, fixtures and container design.

Standard Data Blocks
This approach is the most economical way to develop standard work values for applications for manpower establishment, product costing, service design costing and process line balance.

This approach requires the training of your own personnel to sample work activities from established work categories and apply either our MOST, MTM or Time Study Technique to collect process data.
