Our TPM programme is not the conventional study-type programme. We are change agent consultants. In this respect, we will transfer real skills to your staff through our TPM training programmes.

We show your staff how to implement the step-by-step requirements for each of the activities. We will show the way by providing the initial input through our
TPM Corporate Training to all senior management staff. Then we develop the TPM Practitioners programme to train a team of TPM implementors. With a TPM Master Plan put in place, we continue to provide guided application training to assure implementation success.

Over time, you begin to see transformation taking place in all areas of the organization. It is a mini cultural change taking shape. The change will take time but if you provide the right conditions, the change will be sustainable.
